It's 2am. Your baby won't latch. You're exhausted and wondering if something is wrong with your baby or with you.
$97 or two payments of $50
If you don't find it useful, reach out within 7 days and I'll refund your purchase. No hoops.
You do not need more information. You need to know what to trust.
Nobody prepares you for how hard those first days of feeding can feel. Or how much you'll question yourself in them.
This isn't just about feeding your baby. It's about learning to trust yourself with your baby from the very beginning.
I’ve worked with hundreds of families in these early days, and I see the same patterns again and again. The same questions, the same fears, and the same moments where everything suddenly feels uncertain.
Short videos. Honest answers. Built for 2am.
"Jack and I officially made it to a full year of breastfeeding. I'm so grateful for all of your support and guidance in those early days."
We spend months preparing for pregnancy.
We paint the nursery, pack the hospital bag, write the birth plan.
But almost nobody prepares you for feeding your baby.
Then your baby arrives. It is harder than you expected. You are exhausted. And you do not know if what is happening is normal or if something is wrong.
Most of what you’re experiencing in those early days is normal. It just doesn’t feel that way when no one has explained it.
That is the gap this course is here to fill. So you can stop second-guessing every feed, understand what’s normal and what’s not, and know what to do when something feels off.
This course is for you if...
You are 36 weeks pregnant and want to feel ready for feeding your baby, not just the birth.
You are a few days postpartum and in the thick of it, wondering if what is happening is normal or if something is wrong.
You have Googled everything and still do not trust your own judgment.
You want short, honest answers you can come back to at 2am, from someone who has actually been in the room with hundreds of families in those first hard days.
You are someone who is usually competent and capable, and this is the first time you do not feel that way.
This course is not for you if…
You are looking for a rigid schedule or a step-by-step system to follow exactly.
You want someone else to make every decision for you.
This is about learning to trust yourself and your baby, not following a formula.
This course is different because
Most breastfeeding courses treat feeding as a mechanics problem. Get the latch right. Follow the technique.
Sacred Start looks at the whole picture.
How your baby feeds is not just about technique. It is shaped by their body, their birth experience, and how they feel in those early days.
I have specialized training in myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. That means I look at how your baby's whole body, including tension from birth, jaw mobility, and nervous system regulation, affects how they latch and feed.
Most courses never ask those questions.
This one does.
"Thank you for the bodywork, gosh, what a gift. You are so good at your work."
And just as important: this course does not teach you to follow a system. It teaches you to trust yourself with your baby.
Because feeding your baby is not just something you do. It is something you learn together.
Everything inside is designed to help you feel calmer, more confident, and less alone in those first weeks.

Who made this
I am Anna Marie, a registered nurse and a board-certified lactation consultant with specialized training in myofascial release and craniosacral therapy.
When a family is struggling with feeding, I look at the whole picture. Not just the latch. The baby's body, the birth story, the tension that nobody else thought to ask about.
I have worked with hundreds of families through those early days, in person and by text at midnight, when everything feels more uncertain and the questions do not wait.
I still remember the second night home with my first baby. I looked at her and wondered when her mom was going to show up. It took me a moment to realize I was the mom.
She refused to latch on one side for five days. We figured it out with skin-to-skin.
Somewhere across five babies and twelve years, I became someone who understands breastfeeding from the inside out. After my own babies were weaned, I became a board-certified lactation consultant so I could sit with other families in those same early days.
I made this course because most families arrive at birth underprepared for the feeding part. Not because nobody cares. Because nobody told them what those first weeks are actually like.
Those first days home, so many things feel uncertain. Your milk, your latch, your baby's weight, your instincts. This guide tells you what is normal, what to watch for, and what to do right now. Free, straight to your inbox.
"I am not sure I will have time to watch it."
You do not need a block of time. You need a feed. Every lesson is short enough to watch while your baby is settled, or come back to when you need it most.
"What if I am already in the thick of it?"
That is exactly when this is meant to be used. You do not have to start from the beginning. Go straight to what you need right now.
"There is already so much free information out there."
There is. And most of it is overwhelming or contradictory. This course gives you the right information in the right order so you can stop second-guessing yourself.
"What if breastfeeding does not work for me?"
This course is not here to promise it will be easy. It is here to help you understand what is normal, what is hard, and what to do about both.
You and your baby are capable of this.
Even if it does not feel that way yet.
